Non-clinical presence and support

Companion Care

Someone kind to talk with, sit with, and help the day feel less lonely.

Companion Care offers scheduled phone or video companionship for people moving through loss, change, or isolation. You do not need an agenda. We can talk, sit quietly, make a small plan, or simply share part of the day.

What this can look like

Simple companionship, shaped around the day you are having.

Some days call for conversation. Others call for a quiet witness, a little structure, or permission to take the next hour slowly.

  • A steady check-in during a lonely or uncertain stretch
  • Quiet company when you do not feel like carrying the conversation
  • A caring person to listen while you sort through the day
  • Gentle structure for one small errand, routine, or next step
  • Human connection during a life transition or period of isolation

What it is

Presence without performance.

Scheduled, one-to-one companionship by phone or video. The focus is connection, listening, and gentle practical support.

What it is not

Not medical or emergency care.

Companion Care does not diagnose, treat, provide personal care, supervise safety, manage medication, or replace urgent professional help.

A clear safety boundary.

This service is not monitored continuously. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for immediate crisis support.

Start gently

You can begin with one simple check-in.
