Nicole is a licensed counselor by professional background, bereaved parent, and founder of Compassion Navigator, a grief-support platform focused on practical care, honest language, and the long aftermath of loss. Her work draws on more than twenty years beside children, adults, families, schools, and military-connected communities. After the death of her 12-year-old son, Xavier, she began building resources that address what people need when public sympathy fades and ordinary life still has to be lived.
